Our inspection and testing team is made up of experienced specialists who can quickly recognise weak points and defects. We are here to relieve you of the work and responsibility. Our modern test equipment and procedures offer you maximum safety.

We inspect and test

• attachment and lifting devices in accordance with BGR 500

• winches, hoists and traction equipment in accordance with BGV D8

• personal protective equipment against falling in accordance with BGR 198

• personal protective equipment for rescue in accordance with BGR 199

• restraint equipment in accordance with DIN EN 12195

annually by visual inspection by a suitably qualified expert. Attachment devices are subject to additional non-destructive testing for cracks every three years. Lifting tackle and clamps are tested under overload conditions on our hydraulic test bench.

We provide certificates

for you to prove the necessary testing, inspection and repair work that has been carried out.

Every inspected piece of equipment is given a test sticker or label. All the new attachment and lifting devices we supply come with the required inspection and testing documentation. Wire ropes and attachment devices can be supplied on request with an inspection/test certificate in accordance with EN 10204 and on the receipt of the required fee with an acceptance certificate issued by a relevant classification authority.
